FYI: Elizabeth’s Father passed away unexpectedly during Christmas in the middle of our busiest season and her Mother (85 y/o) has been inpatient for a severe respiratory illness, now requiring 24/7 care. Mom and Pop have had their hands full and our inbound call volume remains off the charts. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone scheduled.
