OUR STORY
Elizabeth Bialoski, the owner and master groomer of The Pawvillion, always loved animals and found herself working part time during her school years in a local grooming salon in the Sharpstown community. She learned how to work with dogs and cats as a bather and developed basic grooming skills as an assistant groomer.
After college she pursued a technical career working for a local structural design firm on many high profile residential and commercial projects. But her real passion remained with animals and when a local groomer retired in 1997 she established The Pawvillion in his original space on Bissonnet at Beechnut in Southwest Houston.
Over the last ten years her business has matured into a respected, top quality salon. It's no surprise that long time customers who have relocated to Ft. Bend County or Kingwood still make the drive into town so that Elizabeth can take care of their pets.
Elizabeth with her 14 year old Shepherd-Sheltie mix Yogi Bear. They are the two original employees of The Pawvillion. Yogi has an almost perfect attendance record at work and does not like to be left at home. When not drinking coffee or eating snack-a-doos, his duties include greeting every new arrival. While he started getting Saturdays off this year he remains VERY smart, so it's a bad idea to leave the car keys laying around. You just never know!
